FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: use of "Langlik" polydegasifying preparation from instant of opening abscess till complete healing of wound allows average rate of healing 2.2 times higher than prior art, twelve times decreased number of staphylococci in case of microbial dissemination and 2.16 times reduced overall cure period. Disclosed medicinal preparation permits suppressing undesired alternative processes in wound, stimulating proliferative and reparative processes in tissues and producing pronounced bactericidal effect.
