FIELD: training equipment. SUBSTANCE: trainer has a horizontal frame and a vertical support hinged together. A gymnastic rug and a seat are mounted on the horizontal frame. On the vertical support posts there are minibars, elbow rests, and loaders with telescopic levers and handles. Each loader has a shaft-mounted lever and mutually spring-loaded vibrator, a stationary brake disk, a movable brake disk, and a ratchet. A vibrator is a ring with peripheral pins entering holes and recesses provided in the stationary and movable disks. The ratchet has laminar members hinged to the stationary disk in a radial pattern.
