FIELD: oxidation of sewage. SUBSTANCE: bio- oxidizer comprises an accumulating container in the form of a floating aeration reactor arranged coaxially in, and communicating with, a tubular column. The lower part of said column comprises an aerator which disperses air under the pressure of a water column of the down-directed stream forming a water-air emulsion. The ascending stream aerates the attached microflora and floats the suspended substances of floating active silt to the surface of the return silt chamber. The hydraulic elevator installed coaxially in the floatation aerating reactor ensures recirculation with floatation of biomass and its surplus gravity discharge through the floating funnel. The treated sewage is discharged through a perforated pipe and a flexible branch pipe. The biofilm is carried by a belt fabric in the form of, say, reels of movie film. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
