FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: pipe 10, provided with weight disposed inside it, is fixed under turning-over tray 7 in perpendicular to axis of oscillation 5. Tray 7 is separated by partition 6 to two chambers. Partition 6 is made of two parts. Lower ends of the parts are connected with tray 7, and top ends are connected together. Axis of oscillation 5 is placed between the parts of the partition. Elastic plate 8 is attached to top end of the axis. Height of elastic plate 8 is larger than minimal distance between top end of the partition and inlet branch. EFFECT: improved precision of measurement. 4 dwg
