SUBSTANCE: method involves detecting nitrotetrasolium blue-positive neutrophils in the peripheral blood of a baby in concurrently carrying out spontaneous and ethanol-stimulated nitrotetrasolium blue reduction. Coarse-dispersion formazan sediment being observed, neutrophil ethanol sensitivity coefficient is calculated. Its value being 0.08, intrauterine alcohol intoxication is diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of the diagnosis. 1 tbl
