FIELD: butter industry. SUBSTANCE: separator for separating particles out of air flow has housing with ventilation duct and inlet pipe with screen, sorting sieve and bunkers for mixtures. To enhance ease of exploitation and to reduce expenditures under conditions of oil miniproduction out of sunflower seeds, additional sorting sieves and take-in bunkers for small impurities and trash are mounted in the separator. The sorting sieves are placed in horizontally disposed ventilation duct which is sloped relative to its longitudinal axis. The main and additional take-in bunkers are disposed under corresponding sorting sieves forming slotted inlet holes between the walls of ventilation duct of corresponding bunker and the sorting sieve.
