FIELD: oil and fat industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a cylindrical casing with a loading throat and discharge opening for processed seeds and husk, a vertical shaft accommodated in said casing with electric motor and unit for hulling, crushing and disintegrating seeds, said unit formed by an adjustable cover installed in the cylindrical casing and provided with a replaceable circular member having profiled working surfaces, and a movable disc installed on the vertical shaft which carries a second replaceable circular member with profiled working surfaces and a concave. The movable disc of the unit for hulling, crushing and disintegrating seeds carries blades intended for distributing the stream of seeds, for directional movement of said seeds and for knocking the kernel from the seed hulls, for forced discharge of processed seeds into the discharge opening and sucking in air for cooling the seed processing zone. Said blades for distributing the stream of seeds are disposed in the middle part of the movable disc, the blades for directional displacement of seeds and knocking kernels out of seed hulls are located after the replaceable circular member with profiled working surfaces opposite the concave while the blades for forced discharge of proceed seeds into the discharge opening and sucking in air for cooling the seed processing zone are fastened on the lower part of the movable disc, the discharge opening for the discharge of processed seeds and husks being disposed level with the blades for forced discharge of processed seeds and sucking in air for cooling the seed processing zone.
