Cavity of working member is made in the form of circular slit with reducible to periphery clearance between cover and bottom of housing. Blades are fixed on side surface of working member housing. Installed coaxially with working member housing is container in the form of cylindrical tray with opening in bottom and circular groove disposed below blades, and immovable electric heater.
