FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method for weakening of coal massif includes drilling of holes for injection of carbon dioxide into coal massif. Drilled between holes for injection of carbon dioxide are additional holes in which camouflet blasting is accomplished after completion of coal dispersion. Injection of CO2 into holes is continued until dispersion zones from neighboring holes join each other. Blasting of charges of explosives in holes are carried out until zones of cracking of neighboring holes join each other. Blast cracking round the holes may be effected also by blasting gas dynamic cartridges in them. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
