FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: working member made in form of spiral passage is hermetically connected by its outlet with pressure branch pipe which is brought in communication with medium receiver having branch pipes for connecting the liquid and gas pipe lines. Spiral passage is mounted for rotation about its longitudinal axis. Two hermetic reservoirs are mounted above longitudinal axis of passage; they have common supply pipe line which connects each reservoir with liquid and gas branch pipes. Supply pipe line is connected with reservoirs by means of OR valve. Liquid pipe line is provided with check valves. Gas pipe line is provided with at least one selector valve which periodically communicates the reservoirs with medium receiver or with atmosphere. Axial pressure branch pipe is mounted for rotation about its longitudinal axis together with spiral passage. Inlet of passage is located over periphery of working member. Aerator is connected with reservoirs by means of selector valve. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 10 dwg
