FIELD: pump engineering. SUBSTANCE: one end of the working member made up as a spiral passage is open. The other end is tightly connected with the delivery branch pipe. The passage and the branch pipe are mounted for rotation about the longitudinal axis of the member using rotation units. The delivery branch pipe is tightly connected with the supplying pipe line. An air- operated lift is coupled with the top part of a hydraulic accumulator through a pipe line. The supplying pipe line is connected to the hydraulic accumulator.
