FIELD: pipeline fittings. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic drive has casing incorporating blade pneumatic engine and hydraulic damper with working blades. Pneumatic engine and damper have common disk-shaped rotor rigidly connected with output shaft of pneumatic drive and provided with double-sided radially-symmetrical working blades, which are shifted for half pitch at one side of rotor relative to its other side. Axially aligned cylinders hermetically seal output shaft from working cavities of pneumatic engine and damper. Working cavities are connected in series with needle-shaped throttle. Hand-operated doubling apparatus is formed as hydraulic pump with working cavity connected through pipeline system, reverse valve with slide and return valve with working cavities of hydraulic damper and needle-shaped throttle.
