FIELD: electrolytic production of aluminum. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing suction pipe of vacuum ladle with cooling device, with cooling device having coils shifted one with respect to the other and V-shaped output directed into pipe cavity; connecting cooling device to gas balloon or line; supplying nitrogen through coiled cooling device; providing pumping of nitrogen prior to dipping and continuing pumping till the end of process.
