SUBSTANCE: dust-controlling loosening machine has loading column with fibre feeding branch pipe which is mounted for reinstallation in height, air-separating chamber with double walls, inner walls having litter-extracting surface, fibre-withdrawing perforated rollers with screening segments, saw cylinder, means for fibre discharge, means for forces tapping of jets, means for change of space between inner walls of air distribution chamber and gates mounted on upper part of its outer wall for angular turn. Screening segments are installed in space of corresponding roller for angular turn in plane of its axis of rotation. Inner walls of air-separating chamber are manufactured in the form of lattice with slit holes. EFFECT: improved operational efficiency. 3 dwg
