SUBSTANCE: method of continuous recovery of flat hards on the carding machine includes removing the flat hards representing a band made up of alternating condensed and loose strips, extracting the litter from the hards and transmitting recovered spinned fibers to carding. The condensed strips are separated from each other along the loose band part, the hards discrete strips are formed and laid along the conveyor belt by connecting the ends of the previous and following strips so that to form a continuous fibrous band. The flat hards continuous recovery device on the carding machine incorporates a conveyor belt, a pair of feed rollers, a separation mechanism. Above the horizontal conveyor belt, a feeding device is arranged and made up of two feed rollers located on at a distance corresponding to the total width of the condensed and loose aforesaid strips. A linear speed of the separating pair and that of the conveyor equal to the former relate to the take-up pair linear speed as the hards strip length relates to the total width of its condensed and loose parts.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning and extracting spinned fiber.
