FIELD: valving. SUBSTANCE: valve has housing members with inlet and outlet openings and seat. A diaphragm is secured between the housing members. The diaphragm is mounted for permitting overlapping the seat and separates the control chamber from the pressure chamber. The throttle opening is made in the diaphragm. The throttle opening connects the chambers. One side of the thickened part of the diaphragm is provided with a plate. The other side is provided with a holder with guide members receiving in the through opening of the seat. A bellows is positioned in the top housing member. One of the ends of the bellows is connected with the housing member. The other end is connected with the diaphragm plate. A spring is mounted inside the bellows. The spring acts on the diaphragm in the direction of seat closing and abuts against the thread cover mounted in the top part of the housing. The housing member is provided with passageways or nozzle, which connect the inlet opening with the balancing chamber, and valving unit mounted for permitting overlapping the passageways.
