FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to balanced pressure reducing valves. Balanced pressure reducing valve comprises valve body with an inlet and outlet fluid connections, valve seat placed inside the fluid passage, a self-regulating valve plug, a retaining ring. Self-regulating valve plug is partially placed within the fluid passageway, contains a bored opening and interacts with the valve seat so, that to selectively open or close the fluid passageway. Retaining ring, partially placed in the bore of the self-adjusting valve plug and for the functional connection of the self-adjusting valve plug with the valve stem having a ball segment, wherein in the retaining ring there is a recess for receiving the ball segment of the valve stem. At that, the retaining ring consists of a base and a cylindrical body connected to the base by means of a lock, wherein the cylindrical body comprises a flange protruding radially from the end of the cylindrical body disposed opposite the base, and an upper surface, wherein the ball segment of the valve stem is in contact with at least one edge of the upper surface of the cylindrical body. Balancing channel provides fluid communication between the fluid passageway and the chamber. Self-adjusting valve plug automatically rotates around the ball segment of the valve stem, in order to achieve a fit and tight connection of the self-adjusting valve plug plate with the valve seat. Method for automatically adjusting a valve plug for use with a fluid control device, characterized in that the fluid control device consists of an inlet and an outlet nozzles, valve plug adapted to be displaced relative to the valve seat, thereby controlling the fluid flow between the inlet and outlet nozzles located inside the regulator. Method includes partial placing of the locking ring in the bored opening of the valve plug, connection of the valve plug to the valve stem having a flexible part, using retaining ring, wherein in the retaining ring there is a recess for receiving of the flexible segment of the valve stem; formation of the valve clearance between the flange of the cylindrical body of the lock ring and the self-adjusting plug; placing the shifting element inside the gap and automatic adjustment of the valve plug around the flexible part of the valve stem to achieve a fit and tight connection of the self-adjusting valve plug plate with the valve seat.
EFFECT: balanced pressure reducing valve is proposed.
