Holes for filters are disposed around the disc circumference. The machine also has a device for forming a rope from filtering material including forming cone, a pair of feed rollers, a holder whose outlet end joins the surface of transfer disc with a gap for passage of a rotary knife intended to cut the rope into filters of preset length.
