FIELD: tobacco industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has charging shaft positioned in upper part of apparatus, dosing device arranged in lower part of feeding shaft and composed of two vertical belt conveyors positioned at an acute angle one with respect to another. Drive rollers of conveyors are connected to worm gears, which are joined to single worm. Combing drum and tobacco leaf veil extracting drum are mounted in upper part of tobacco chamber, sectioned compacting units are positioned symmetrically in lower part of tobacco chamber for rocking. Compacting units are coupled through linkage mechanism with single drive. EFFECT: improved quality of product, reduced dimensions and weight of apparatus. 1 dwg
