SUBSTANCE: device for liquid metering has housing, clamp connected with it, mechanism for dose regulation made in the form of lever with through hole attached to housing, with the hole connecting the gap between housing wall with atmosphere, and cylindrical foundation placed inside. The lever is connected up to housing by flexible coupling for possible change of its position relative to cylindrical foundation. The clamp is made in the form of elastic balloon communicating with housing cavity through channel made in cylindrical foundation. EFFECT: enhanced manual liquid metering. 6 dwg
