Connected with coupling is sucking-and-emptying unit including disc rotatable round its axis. Disc end side has protrusion engageable with vessel of varying volume or in the form of balloon made of flexible material, or in the form of hollow cylinder with piston. Working surface on protrusion engageable with vessel directly or by means of intermediate member is geometrically similar to end face of coil cylindrical spring or to rounding surface of single coil spiral.
