FIELD: preservation. SUBSTANCE: pressure disk is put on jar lid and handle is held by one hand. Lever is turned relative to stepped axle by other hand. Driving pins acting through radial slots on nut, turn the latter making the nut move upwards along axle and engage with conveying rollers. Levers start turning relative to horizontal fixed axles making clinching rollers press to lid. EFFECT: facilitated preservation. 3 dwg
