FIELD: domestic preservation devices. SUBSTANCE: to seal glass jars first lid with rubber seal is put on jar neck and then pressure cover is installed. By turning handle of device in clockwise direction sealing roller is brought to side wall of lid. Then, rotating simultaneously the lever around its axle and the handle in clockwise direction, jar is sealed owing to pressing of side wall of metal lid to side wall of jar neck.
