FIELD: petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: gasoline fractions are subjected to reforming on semifunctional metal oxide-aluminium catalysts. The reforming product is subjected to hydroconversion at 280- 420 C at volumetric feed rate of the product of 5-12-1, pressure of from 2 to 4 MPa, hydrogen to product ratio of 1000-2000 nm3/m3 in the presence of catalyst comprising (wt %): 30-55 high silica zeolite in ammonium form; 4-10 Y-type zeolite; 8-15 molybdenum oxide; 0.3-1.0 palladium oxide, and the aluminium oxide balance. Palladium oxide is added to the calcined catalyst at the last stage. EFFECT: more efficient production process. 1 tbl
