FIELD: well drilling. SUBSTANCE: hydraulically actuated packer has upper bushing installed in body and connected with it by means of shear member and tubes arranged in height of bushing. Each tube is made of wear resistant and friable material with axial channel and tangential channels in the middle part of tube. Body above inlet channels is made with cementing channels combined with axial channels of tubes. Upper bushing is installed for interaction with lower one and locking it in its extreme lower position relative to body. Ball size is less than distance between tubes in vertical and sizes of segments in horizontal plane between tubes and upper bushing. EFFECT: increased reliability of well bore shutoff and improved quality of cementing due to well treatment of plugging mortar with cavitation and acoustic fields and effect of high-frequency pulses on well walls. 5 dwg
