FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: in stabilization and cementation of drilled holes high degree of activation of cement slurry is achieved by subjecting it to pressure pulsing, using device which has disconnector with sleeve and nipple provided with cementing ports. Located on sleeve above cementing ports is hermetizing unit with sealing components. Nipple has cylindrical passage which is perpendicular to plane of cementing ports. Disconnector has additional cementing port and tangentially protrudes from cylindrical passage. Stoppers are provided in passage ends and pipe is built in stoppers. Mounted on pipe with possibility for rotation is cementing port shut-off made in the form of strip with opening. Pipe has tangential passage in middle part, and diffusers are seated in stoppers. Radial holes are made in sleeve against stoppers. EFFECT: high efficiency. 4 dwg
