FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: hydrodynamic pulser includes hollow body with outlet channels, chamber accommodating double acting working member for closing outlet channel and pulse tubes. Pulse tubes are communicated with chamber by means of outlet channel. Chamber is made for communication with hollow body by means of throttling channels. Working member is made in form of washer for alternating closing of outlet channel. Pulse tubes may be directed to opposite sides. Installed above chamber is cross coupling. Pulse tube, directed upward, communicates chamber with drill string-borehole annulus. Cross coupling has check valve. Chamber, and pulse tube, directed upward, and cross-coupling are made in form of detachable unit. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
