FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: locking member has sharpened rod and locking ring. The locking ring is fixed in the lateral slot made in the head of a bolt or nut. The rod is received in the longitudinal opening made in a bolt or nut and provided with two ring grooves for locking it in an operating and nonoperative condition. One moves the rod in the opening up to abut against a part. An axial force is applied to the rod head. In so doing, the point enters the part, and the locking ring enters the rod groove. The bolt head or nut is fixed to the part. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
