FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has control and synchronization unit, decoder, N channel commutators, N units for measuring temporal intervals. The goal of invention is accomplished by intermittent noises which affects operations of long range Doppler-effect pulse radars. Information about duration of operations of long range Doppler-effect pulse radar for every frequency, where pulses are repeated, is sent from output of device for measuring temporal intervals for each frequency channel to control and synchronization unit as parallel binary code. Control and synchronization unit makes decision about order of generation of noise in these frequency channels as well as information about characteristics of these noises. EFFECT: increased efficiency for suppression of long range Doppler-effect pulse radars. 5 dwg
