FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: automatic navigation surveillance radar consists of an antenna unit, a communication and synchronisation unit, a transmitting module, a receiving module, a reflected signal processing means, a control panel, a video monitor, an automatic device for turning on backup power, a tolerance and parametric control system and a switch. The receiving module, transmitting module and communication and synchronisation unit are combined into a single transceiver; the reflected signal processing means is a device for processing, selecting a target and generating motion parameters, which consists of an analogue input module and a radar processor, wherein the radar processor and the transceiver are connected through the switch by an Ethernet link to a computer which stores and processes electronic map information and information received from the receiver of an automated information system, which integrates said information with a radar image and outputs to the video monitor, wherein the computer is configured to receive, from external video surveillance devices via an Ethernet link through the switch, a video image and display said image on the video monitor on the free area of the screen without overlapping the radar image, wherein the transceiver, the radar processor, the computer and the automatic device for turning on backup power are connected to each other by a CAN bus, which enables to transmit tolerance and parametric control information.
EFFECT: safe navigation in very difficult navigation conditions with automatic solving of navigation tasks.
