FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device for unloading and fixation of vertebral column has distractors which consist of telescopic screw mechanism in form of rods 1 and 2 with thread of different directions, couplings 3 and axially supports 4, waist belt 7, breast belt 6, two shoulder belts 9, two buttock groin belts 8; fixing members in form of screws 10 with couplings 11, servico-thoracal loading frame which consists of two pairs (front and rear) telescopic guides in form of two rods 17 located in tubes 16 connected by means of reset extensible cross bars 18 with blocks 19 over which rope 21 slides which connects helmet 22 with dynamometer 23 connected with distraction unit 24. Device provides for prophylaxis and treatment of osteochondrosis of any part of vertebral column without its injury and may be used by the patient in any conditions without outside help. EFFECT: provision in course of treatment of various distraction-compression ratios of waist-thoracal and servico-thoracal parts of vertebral column. 6 dwg
