FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying manual therapy techniques. Vertebral column reloading and fixation is carried out during 30- 120 min in 5 sessions to alleviate pains in walking. The patient takes rest pause in lying position during 2 h. Medical training exercises are administered for strengthening muscle corset after the fifth session. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of antalgic syndrome manifestations.
