FIELD: fluid transporting. SUBSTANCE: inlet pipe with a valve is open to air hood. Impact valve is installed in the body. Pipe pressure valve is open to air hood and bilateral curvilinear lever with rotation axis. The body is of two chambers, rectangular with two support seats and water through apertures, enable to be open to inlet pipe. Rotation axis of the lever is installed over body center. Impact valve is made in the form of two coupled valves of belt-type, elastic, reinforced material. Proper ends of the material are secured to the body under the axis, other ends are related to lever ends. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 dwg
