FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: claimed plant comprises the feed and pressure pipes 2 and 12, air cap 9, impact and pressure calves 10 and 11 and water intake. Water intake portal of pipe 2 is provided with the extra cylindrical pipe 16 and connected therewith by funnel 15. The inside of pipe 16 is communicated with dust-protective device. The latter is arranged in the water source and consists of dome-like case, perforated pipe with deflector vertical walls and the turbine. Said screw-and-blade turbine can revolve relative to its axis and is secured to said dome-like case for the pipe 2 portal vertical axis to revolve. The plant is provided with the static head water level automatic controller 3 to be adjusted to preset flow rate of the hydraulic ram and is arranged at the pipe 2 to divide it into two parts.

EFFECT: stable water feed to hydraulic ram plant.
