FIELD: drives of self-cleaning filters. SUBSTANCE: body has work liquid inlet, distribution, and outlet passages, servo-motor control and communication passages. Slide valve is movable in the body and interacts with the passages. Springs are in contact to the slide valves and servo motor. Spring loaded rest is interacted to the slide valve in its end positions. Control cavities are continuously connected to the proper cavities of the servo motor. The rest is connected to the outlet on the side of spring, and to inlet on the side of rest/slide valve interaction. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 dwg
