FIELD: pumps building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump engineering and can be used in designing devices for volumetric delivery of various fluids in automatic mode, with no external control. Pump comprises coaxially arranged pump and hydraulic drive hydraulic cylinder. Pump includes a piston and a housing with a return inlet valve installed in it, which is made in a single unit with an inlet nozzle, a check-out valve made in a single unit with an outlet nozzle. Hydraulic cylinder includes piston, hydraulic feed, drain and drain channels of hydraulic fluid. Hydraulic cylinder piston and pump piston are composed of stepped piston. Hydraulic cylinder piston houses hydraulic distributing and switching devices. Pistons and housing of hydraulic cylinder and pump are in direct mechanical connection with each other to form single closed power circuit. Hydraulic distributing device is made in the form of a valve unit, inside which a spring-loaded piston with channels is installed, which is made with possibility of axial movement and interaction in extreme position with movable locking element – ball, and changing the seal between the cones made in the piston, and the cone made in the fixed saddle with holes. Switching device controlling the operation of the hydraulic-distributing device is made in the form of a plunger moving in extreme positions of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder with a sliding device installed on it. Hydraulic cylinder piston return into initial position and pump suction stroke is provided with spring installed in hydraulic cylinder drain cavity. In hydraulic cylinder piston there are channels for hydraulic cylinder hydraulic fluid supply to hydraulic-distributing and switching devices and discharge into drainage.
EFFECT: higher reliability and durability of pump with simultaneous reduction of overall dimensions and weight of pump.
