FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: locking device has a casing with a seat, and a locking member. Holes connected with the purifying liquid source and directed to the seat are made in the casing. Hydraulic cylinders with spring-loaded pistons provided with rods, having tapered sealing surfaces, are installed in alignment with the holes on the casing. The rods are installed for overlapping the holes in the casing under the action of springs; the interior of the hydraulic cylinders communicates with the purifying liquid source through pipe unions.
