FIELD: flue gas cleaning and their heat recovery. SUBSTANCE: plant has boiler, sections of multipass tubular air heater, chimney gas cooler in the form of tubular air heater, precipitator=ash trap, device for cleaning cimney gases from sulfur oxide, tubular air heater. Heater and gas cooler are interconnected through air duct to form closed loop. Clean chimney gases go to tubular heater wherein they are heated to desired temperature by hot air coming from cooler. Excess air is supplied over air duct to flue downstream of sulfur oxide cleaning device for drying chimney gases. EFFECT: improved reliability of boiler operation, improved recovery of waste heat. 2 cl, 1 dwg
