SUBSTANCE: device has temperature control valve 8 and electromagnetic valve 4, blocking valve with shut-off element 7 loosely mounted on rod 16 of control handle 23; in addition; it is provided with hollow 20 on gas-transfer hole side that connects the latter with hollow 21 of igniter located outside the case. In addition, case cover 2 is provided with guide 22 for control handle 23 placed along axis of rod 16 and with cam which is circular relative to this axis, its working surface being arranged at variable distance from shut-off valve seat corresponding to its closing, controlling, and burner opening position.
