FIELD: ventilation. SUBSTANCE: exhaust nozzle in the form of external and internal hoods is positioned above the bath with quenching liquid. The hoods are placed one in the other forming an annular air space between them. The exhaust fan is connected to the external hood. Connected to the internal hood is an auxiliary exhaust fan with a recirculation branch pipe and distributing nozzle at its exhaust end. The nozzle is positioned in the bath under the level of quenching medium and oriented to the internal hood with formation of a recirculation circuit. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
