FIELD: mechanical engineering; agricultural equipment. SUBSTANCE: water trough has number of cross partitions with rubber-lined lower edges made to suit shape of water trough cross section and rigidly secured on axles. Ends of axles are placed by in recesses of opposite longitudinal sides of trough for rotation in horizontal plane by means of fixing lever. The latter is hinge-connected with rod and with bent ends of cross partition axles. Placed above cross partitions over trough recesses is common detachable rod fixed by catches arranged on end face sides of trough. One end face sides has vertical slot which accommodates scale graduated in liters. EFFECT: facilitated watering and feeding of animal. 2 cl, 2 dwg
