FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has push pedal, which causes, when pressed, drum, in rotating, to wind flexible tie passing through a hole in the drum. The tie causes sliders to move towards the center of the device along guides. The result is, that vertexes of hinged parallelogram become more close to each other in one direction and more distant in the other one, that is, there where pins with massage end pieces are mounted creating in this way uniform stretching action in the area exposed to massage and manual therapy and massaging action upon the skin and muscular tissues.
