FIELD: medicine, in particular, massaging technique.
SUBSTANCE: horizontal massaging apparatus has bearing frame with elongated upper panel having elongated upper opening formed centrally and longitudinally of said panel, slide positioned under elongated upper panel of bearing frame, guiding member positioned for movement between bearing frame and slide so that slide may reciprocate relative to bearing frame, lift for moving of upper plate in vertical plane relative to lower plate, and massaging protrusions attached to upper plate of lift and movable in vertical and/or horizontal plane along elongated upper opening of elongated upper panel of bearing frame. Massaging protrusions are formed rounded and are fixed to upper plate. Massaging apparatus has heating member distributed within upper panel of bearing frame. Lift has first nut, first screw, and electric engine. Upper plate has upper outer surface and upper inner surface. Lower plate has lower outer surface and lower inner surface. First screw is fixed in vertical plane to lower inner surface for rotation. First nut is attached to upper inner surface, said first screw coming into engagement with first nut so that rotation of first screw causes lifting or lowering of first nut. Electric engine provides clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of first screw. Lift has second screw fixed in vertical plane to lower inner surface, and second nut attached to upper inner surface. Second screw comes into engagement with second nut so that rotation of second screw causes lifting or lowering of second nut. First screw and second screw are spaced from one another by predetermined distance and are connected through mechanical transmission for joint rotation. First screw and second screw are connected with upper plate of lift. Mechanical transmission has first sprocket fixed relative to first screw. Second sprocket fixed relative to second screw, and chain embracing first and second sprockets. Lift has worm gear attached to first screw and worm transmission attached to electric engine.
EFFECT: improved therapeutic effect of apparatus.
