SUBSTANCE: moulding member is made in the form of head 4 with a square cross-section mounted on casing 1 and dies 6 and 7 arranged in two rows with a shift, a sleeve concentrically installed in the casing, and axially movable plunger 9. Insert 3 made of water-and-gas-proof material is located in casing 1 between head 4 and end face of sleeve 2. Casing 1 is furnished with branch pipes 12 and 14 with valves 13 and 15 used to discharge the gas and liquid phases. EFFECT: enhanced capacity. 4 cl, 6 dwg
