FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device has cargo receiving platform 1 on flexible members 2 secured on base 3, limiters 11, 12 and 13 to limit motion of platform in horizontal and vertical planes, oscillation dash-pot 14, transfer flexible member 8; one end of member 8 is connected with platform in center of its rigidly and its other end is connected with power input of force-measuring sensor 9 mounted on base and electrically connected with digital measuring unit through signal amplifier 16; device is also provided with weighing result indicator 21. Besides that, device is provided with electromagnetic retainer, threshold member 24 and power supply unit 25; retainer stator is provided with central hole and is secured in housing 5 hinged with platform in center of rigidity; armature of retainer is linked with transfer flexible member 8 by means rod 7 made of nonmagnetic material; output of signal amplifier 16 is additionally connected with input of threshold member 24 whose output is connected to power supply unit of retainer.
