SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes installation of set of gate patterns into container, filling the container with loose ferromagnetic material its compaction by vibration and consolidation with electromagnetic field alternating with period of 2-5 s. When electromagnetic field is sot up, induction of container is measured, and upon attainment of the preset value compaction by vibration is discontinued and electromagnetic field is set up for continuous mode. EFFECT: provision of control of vibration compaction and reduced casting rejects due to prevention of deformation and breakage pattern. 1 tbl
