FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: animal farm has building with house for animals and house for farm personnel, potable water accumulator with water lift and water distributing systems and pump, power plant with blade wheel and with electric generator and electric accumulator using renewable energy sources. Building is provided with atmospheric precipitation accumulating platform positioned under building roof. Platform has radially inclined surface, discharge opening and filter mounted in platform central part that is positioned below platform edges and connected with potable water accumulator through pipeline. Potable water accumulator is made in the form of hermetically sealed foundation pit positioned under house floor and vessel with filtering walls. Vessel is placed within foundation pit which is filled with infiltrating mixture embracing vessel. Animal farm is provided with water tower whose shaft lower part is extending through vessel. Power plant has annular wind air flow concentrator extending in horizontal plane between roof and atmospheric precipitation accumulating platform and mounted for engagement with blade wheel installed axially on upper part of water tower shaft within wind air flow concentrator in one plane with it.
