FIELD: house-keeping. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing incorporating perforated rotor formed as truncated cone with smaller end oriented downward. Rotor inner surface is provided with grating teeth and wire spiral. Apparatus has feeder with discharge part formed as truncated cone with smaller end oriented downward. Discharge part of feeder is concentrically inserted into rotor up to the level of wire spiral. Spiral- shaped tape is positioned on outer surface of feeder discharge part. Tape coil width corresponds to space between rotor and feeder charging part. Tape coil direction coincides with rotor rotation direction. Stone removal window is positioned in upper part of feeder and upper end of spiral-shaped tape is attached at the level of stone removal window. EFFECT: increased efficiency in separating fruit stones from flesh independently of fruit and stone sizes. 1 dwg
