FIELD: separation of suspensions by centrifugal force, may be used in pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: centrifuge has housing 1, rotor 2, auger 3 with drum 4 and spiral 5, pack of plates 6, windows for discharging of centrifugate 7 and precipitate 8, pressure disk 9, feeding pipe 10, auxiliary shells 11, 12 having conical surfaces. Outer shell 12 is rigidly connected with rotor 2 and internal shell 11 is connected with drum 4 of auger 3. Spirals 13, 14 are secured on outer surfaces of rotor 2 and shell 1. Openings 15 for discharging of partially dehumidified precipitate are made in upper part of shell 11. Openings 16 for discharging of liquid pressed out of precipitate are made in shell 12. Pocket 17 for collecting of liquid pressed out of precipitate in shells 11, 12 is disposed within housing 1. Heated gas supply device 18 is positioned in adjacency to small ends of shells 11, 12 and gas discharge device 19 is disposed in housing 1 proximate to large ends of shells 11, 12. Housing 1 is provided with heat insulation 20. Annular row of openings 21 disposed proximate to internal shell and drum connection place are adapted for conducting of heated gas into space defined by rotor 2 and internal shell 11. Annular row of openings 22 disposed proximate to rotor and outer shell connection place are adapted for discharging of gas and vapors of evaporated liquid from shells 11, 12. Outer surfaces of conical part of rotor 2 and internal shell 11 are provided with channels 25 and 26 for discharging of gas-vapor mixture. EFFECT: reduced moisture content of solid phase. 4 dwg
