FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has control unit supplying pulsing voltage to ozonizer units joined by current conductors and ultraviolet lamps. Liquid entering the device is mixed with ozone in the mixing unit and is exposed to combined treatment with ozone, ultraviolet radiation and oxidation photocatalyst in entering casing treatment chamber. Photocatalyst coats rotation blades and cellular blades of the mixing unit intensifying the process of mixing liquid with gas-and-ozone mixture immediately in the ultraviolet radiation zone enabling the synergy effect to be used in decontaminating liquids. Purification and decontamination degree is controlled by means of ozone concentration control and adjustment system having photodetector and thermal transducer connected to control unit.
